Pusher Camera / Fence Camera

Pusher and fence cameras monitor the batch charging at the melting tank. They show the batch input by the batch chargers and the distribution of the batch on the molten glass – key factors for a stable melting process.

Technology for continuous operation at the tank

Due to the high ambient temperatures in the glass industry, camera housings and transfer cylinders are water-cooled. Cooling can be provided by customer-supplied water or by a water/water cooler from SOBOTTA GmbH, whose closed secondary circuit supplies the system with treated cooling water regardless of the water quality.
